Bringing AEM Electrolysers to the World

With patented AEM electrolysers, this technology facilitates on-site green hydrogen generation for energy storage, industrial use, and transportation. It provides a scalable, efficient solution for clean hydrogen production, helping to advance sustainable energy applications across multiple industries.

TECHNOLOGY / INNOVATION

Develops AEM (Anion Exchange Membrane) electrolysers, a scalable technology that produces green hydrogen from renewable energy sources. Their electrolysers offer high efficiency, modularity, and fast deployment, making them ideal for hydrogen production at various scales, from small off-grid applications to industrial-scale projects. They also integrate AI-powered energy management systems to optimize hydrogen production and efficiency.

CURRENT STATUS

In 2024, the company reported a 165% increase in orders and €21.3 million in revenue. They project 2025 revenues between €39 million and €42 million. Enapter continues to innovate, expanding its product range and enhancing hydrogen production efficiency by integrating batteries.

ORIGINS

Founded in 2017, Enapter emerged from the acquisition of ACTA, an Italian company specializing in AEM electrolysis. Since then, Enapter has expanded its global presence, opened multiple offices, and launched several generations of its AEM electrolysers.
